Spicy Dill Dip

This dip is light but full of flavor! You may use it on a sandwich, or you can pair it with pita bread, carrots, celery, and more! Next time you're craving a healthy snack, whip this up and delight your tastebuds.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup 2% Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup light sour cream
  • 1 large jalapeño
  • ½ tbsp. dried dill
  • ½ tbsp. dried parsley
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 tsp. onion powder or dried onion
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. chopped fresh chives

Instructions:

Step 1: In a medium bowl combine greek yogurt and sour cream.

Step 2: Mince jalapeño, removing the stem. Include all of the seeds for a spicy dip, half for a lightly zesty dip, and no seeds at all for a mild fresh dill dip.

Step 3: Stir in dried herbs (dill and parsley), salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and chives and cover with plastic wrap.

Step 4: Place in the fridge for a minimum of one hour, or simply make it the day before for an extra flavorful dip! Serve with all your favorite dippers and enjoy!
